Archlord came into the game world on August 17th, 2007. Many gamers anticipated this game as well as the expansion that it already came with! Most games require you to purchase expansions separately, but not Archlord, totally free. Archlord was pay to play when it was released but recently became free to play. Lots of people flocked over to Archlord when it went free, due to the fact that they do not have to pay a monthly fee i asssume. I dont understand why people are like that, the monthly fee is to develop the game further, for new expansions and everything else. I myself pay for games monthly, and when i first buy the game.

The classes and races of ArchLord consist of:

Orcs: Can be Berserker's, hunters or Sorcerer's

Humans: Can be Knights, Archer's or Mages

Moon Elves: Can be Elementalist's or Rangers

ArchLord has great graphics and does not use up alot of resources like other games, it uses a nice game engine which reduces the cost of the upkeep, and when i say that i don't mean money, i mean resources. I myself anticipated this game and wanted to see what it would be like and i loved every bit of it, i am a game at heart and this game i would recommend to anybody who loves fantasy, adventure and role playing. Choose your race and class how you want, you can role play with them act just like a Orc or Moon Elf as if you really were in real life! You can even ride mounts, including horses and other mythical creatures throughout the world of ArchLord.

There has been an Interview on why ArchLord went free and i will bring you some information and explain to you what they have said.

MPGOD asked ACT why ArchLord was going free and whatnot and the response was simple, just as i thought and knew. They wanted to open up the game to alot more people out in the game world, some people might not have money to afford the $$ it costs to play most games out there. Archlord offers the ability to purchase items etc by using micro transactions to better there character if they wish to.

Archlord will continue to release expansions says ACT, and they are already out with Episode 3, and there will be more in the future. I will anticipate these expansions along with everyone else, and i hope that they continue to do what they are doing.
