Runescape is a MMORPG that was released on January 4th, 2001 it is an older game in the industry and it's graphics are not the best to be honest. Yea im kind of reviewing the game in my opinion, but what i always like to say, 1 man's trash another man's gold. There are millions of players who play Runescape, so there is allot of players who think of Runescape as there gold.

To be Approximate there are about 5 million players who are playing for free and about 1-2 million paid subscribers. There are tons of servers for runescape pretty much Dependant on your state so you have more to talk about etc. with the players in the game, so most players live near by and whatnot. There are currently 150+ servers worldwide from every state to 2+ servers per state as some states or populated more than others. There is also a type of Runescape that was never released to the public they call this Forerunner Runescape. A version previous to Runescape classic, i assume they developers were trying to get a layout of how they would get the game designed, so they used the forunner version to go off of Runescape classic.

There are quests that you are able to do in runescape that can get you items, experience and extra Runescape Gold. Quests include story lines that you can follow and even role play while you are beginning them, and even finishing them. Runescape has events every now and then for players and the community to get together to have fun and maybe earn prizes and extra loot or items and equipment. The game does not require allot to play, it is actually a small download that just refreshes every time you open it up in your browser. Any computer should be able to handle it, its not a highly resourceful game and i would think that even 128 RAM should handle it fine. So you folks with a 1998 computer should have no problem at all trying to play Runescape.

There is also a PvP or player vrs player combat in runescape where you can fight other player characters or players in the world of Runescape.There used to be 2 zones where you could fight freely but i think they have taken those out do to difficulties and other aspects or reasons that have not yet been released.

Runescape is fun at times but at other times its not, it actually amazes me how many people play runescape compared to some of the other mmorpg's out there. Maybe because the game is free to download, its a small download and its free to play, with the option of paying a small monthly fee.
